Our course is unique in that, as parents to twins ourselves, we felt it pertinent to include some insight and training regarding twins and multiples, so that all child minders completeing our course will be equipped to care for and stimulate twins and multiples. Help At Home is a reputable agency that trains and places nannies. As such, a certificate from us is also reputable, and the training and certification we provide is in great demand by parents seeking excellent, well trained nannies.
Thanks to one of our clients, we have been made aware of some ladies using Gumtree and other websites, to advertise themselves as Nannies, and claiming to have certificates from HELP AT HOME. They are in fact using FAKE certificates, and duping you, the trusting public. If someone approaches you with a Help At Home certificate, please feel free to call or email us, with the name, date of the certificate, and we will be able to validate its authenticity.
This is a free service and can offer you peace of mind. Please remember to make the lady produce ID/Asylum paper to prove that they are the person on the Certificate as well. Help At Home trains ladies, and places top candidates in childcare. Hence, if you succumb to someone using a fake certificate, they may not have the training and skills to provide your child with the best possible care!!
We are also in the process of opening a docket of Fraud with the SAPS, so if you are aware of anyone using fake Certificates, please notify us, and we will add them to the docket. All information received will be treated in total confidence.
